These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the c4666 platform and its users. By using the c4666 website, app, or any related services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Definitions of some key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" refers to the c4666 website, mobile version, and all services connected to it.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on the c4666 platform or is using its services.

2.1 Registration Process

Each user must create a valid account to use the c4666 platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If more than one account exists under the same person's name, all such accounts will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited. The same policy applies to multiple accounts created using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify c4666 support immediately. c4666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.

• Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Make sure to log out on public or shared computers.

Users must be 21 years of age or older to use the c4666 platform. Providing age-related information at registration is mandatory. c4666 may at any time request a national identity card or government-approved identity document for age verification.

For users aged 21 and above only — creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. If a user is identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be refundable.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

c4666 is a platform operated for the Bangladesh market. c4666 reserves the right to close accounts of users who attempt to access the service from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited or restricted. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing this service from their location is lawful.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for transactions on the c4666 platform:

• Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits & Process

The minimum deposit amount via each payment method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal request:

• Identity verification on the account must be completed.
• If a bonus is attached, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The most recent deposit amount must have been wagered at least once.

c4666 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. One thing to note — even if you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus is ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is not based on the deposited principal combined with the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated at the time the offer is published.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• c4666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the c4666 platform are operated on the basis of fair play. Every outcome is determined in a completely impartial manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no opportunity for any player or software to influence the outcome.

6.2 Technical Errors

A game result may be deemed void due to a technical error. In such cases, the amount of the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account. In the event of a server outage or internet disconnection, c4666's system records will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sporting events. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted will be considered final. If an event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is returned. For in-play betting, odds may change up until the moment the bet is accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c4666 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or interfering with another user's account without permission.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems or networks.
• Operating multiple accounts using false identities.
• Misconduct or making threats toward c4666 staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, the associated funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by c4666

c4666 may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily request the closure of their account. If all applicable bonus conditions have not been met before the account is closed, the associated bonus will be cancelled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the designated payment method.
